Available places at The Noah's Ark Day Nursery may be reserved by the completion of an application form and payment of a deposit of £75 which is deducted from the first month's fees (non-refundable).

Fees are to be paid monthly in advance. Those not received by the 'due-by' date will out of necessity incur a 5% interest fee.

At least one month's notice must be given in writing for the cancellation of a child's place. Payment will be due for the notice period regardless of whether your child attends Nursery during this time.

Children should be collected promptly at the end of each session. In the event of an emergency preventing this, please contact the Nursery as soon as possible.

Please contact the Nursery if your child is going to be absent from a session. Regrettably there is no refund for non-attendance due to sickness, holiday, or inclement weather conditions; or reduction in fees if your child does not attend for the complete session.

Because of problems in the past, the Nursery operates a 'no swapping of sessions' policy unless it is on a permanent basis. e.g Where a child normally attends a Friday Morning Session, we are unable to accede to parents requests to swap the morning for an afternoon session as a one-off. Requests to change sessions on a permanent basis require four weeks notice, and will be dependent on room availability.

The Noah's Ark Day Nursery is open throughout the year except weekends, bank holidays, public holidays and for two weeks over the Christmas period. (You will be informed of the dates of the Christmas break at the beginning of each year.)

Fees for all children not in receipt of Government Free Entitlement funding, include the use of all materials and equipment which your child may use during a normal nursery day. For example, food, tuition, paints, paper and other creative materials. However should your child wear nappies, these do need to be provided by parents..

Please note the Government's Free Entitlement funding period covers 38 weeks of the year. For children who are in receipt of Free Entitlement and attend Nursery outside the 38 week period, meals/snacks are not included as in order to comply with the Government's 3 Hour “Free" Entitlement, our 'fee' calculations have to be based on an hourly rate (as opposed to sessional) and food/meals therefore become extras. However, all other sundries are included.

The above information is replicated in the Nursery application form. Should your child attend this Nursery you are required to sign and date the application form as confirmation that you have read, and agree to comply with, our Terms and Conditions.
