The Key Person System is a means of linking one individual practitioner with individual children and their family. Your key person will work closely with you and your child, meeting the needs of your child, ensuring their wellbeing and for recording their developmental progress. They will liaise closely with you, and should be your first point of contact if you have any concerns; or any news that you would like to share which you feel we should be aware of. Your Childs key person will work hard to establish a supportive and professional relationship with you and your child.
Your Key Person will be able to offer you advice on aspects ranging from your child's toilet training to their transition to school. They will also listen, respect and work in partnership with yourselves to try to meet any specific child care requirements that you have.
